Salesforce Targets $60B Revenue by 2030, Signals Growth Reacceleration

Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) shares rose as much as 6% in early Thursday trading after the company set a new long-term revenue target above $60 billion by fiscal 2030, outpacing Wall Street’s estimate of $58.37 billion, according to CNBC.

The guidance was revealed at an investor event Wednesday, where management also projected a return to double-digit sales growth within 12 to 18 months, signaling renewed confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.

AI and Product Focus

Salesforce’s next growth phase centers around its Agentforce AI assistant, which CEO Marc Benioff described as “the core of every product we make now.”
The company also launched Agentforce Voice, enabling AI agents to handle customer calls, and expanded partnerships with Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI to embed next-generation AI models across its ecosystem.

“We’ve had some lower-stage growth for a while, but we’re reaccelerating,” said CFO Robin Washington, noting that Salesforce’s investments in AI are beginning to yield measurable customer adoption.

Despite the upbeat tone, AI-related products are expected to contribute just ~3% of FY2026 revenue, keeping the near-term growth picture dependent on Salesforce’s broader software suite and cloud platform adoption.

Salesforce shares are up modestly this week but remain 26% lower year-to-date and 32% below their December 2024 peak, as investors weigh the company’s ability to convert AI momentum into sustainable revenue expansion.
