Rumble Expands Into AI Cloud With Major Acquisition

Rumble ($RUM) shares surged 18% after the company announced an all-stock acquisition of German AI cloud operator Northern Data (OTC:NDTAF), valuing the deal at approximately $767 million.

Under the terms, Northern Data shareholders will receive 2.0281 Rumble Class A shares per share, representing 30.4% ownership of the combined company upon closing.
