New Offtake Agreement Signed

Critical Metals (NASDAQ: CRML) announced Wednesday that it has signed a 10-year offtake agreement with U.S.-based REalloys for 15% of the annual production from its Tanbreez rare earth project in Southern Greenland.

REalloys will receive heavy and medium rare earth elements (REEs).
These materials are considered vital for industries such as national defense, electric aviation, and critical infrastructure.

Strategic Positioning

The deal follows a similar agreement in August with Ucore Rare Metals (UURAF, UCU.V), which secured 10% of Tanbreez’s production.
With the new agreement, 25% of the project’s total output is now committed.
This strengthens North America’s rare earth supply chain, reducing dependence on China, which dominates global REE production and processing.
