Boeing Lands Major 150-Jet Agreement with Flydubai

Boeing (BA) has reached a major memorandum of understanding with Flydubai for up to 150 aircraft, a deal the airline values at $13 billion. The announcement comes just days after Flydubai placed its first-ever Airbus order, marking a strategic expansion of its fleet diversification.

Details of the Agreement

The MoU includes:

75 Boeing 737 Max jets
Options for an additional 75 aircraft

Once finalized, the deal would further expand Flydubai’s growing order book and reinforce its long-term partnership with Boeing.

Flydubai’s Existing Boeing Fleet

Flydubai currently operates 96 Boeing 737 aircraft, making the 737 platform the backbone of its fleet.
This new agreement adds to its outstanding 737 MAX orders from previous purchases and strengthens the airline’s growth plans across the Middle East and global markets.
