$5B AI Infrastructure Partnership Announced

Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) jumped 26.2% premarket Monday after unveiling a $5 billion strategic partnership with Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM) to become the preferred onsite power provider for Brookfield’s global AI factory network.

Under the agreement, Brookfield plans to invest up to $5 billion to deploy Bloom’s advanced fuel cell systems across multiple AI factory sites worldwide, including a major European facility expected to be announced before year-end.

Strategic Collaboration on AI Factories

The two firms will jointly design and deliver AI data center and factory infrastructure, integrating Bloom’s clean fuel cell technology to power compute-heavy AI operations with high reliability and low emissions.
